One to One Dog Training in North Yorkshire

At Paws For Louise, I strive to achieve a high level of service for all my dog training services in Thornton Dale, Pickering and the surrounding areas. One to One sessions are no exception. In one session, I will provide you with as much information, training and socialisation opportunities as you will need to get your dog to become the pet you want. Whether you require basic training for a household pet or advanced training for a working dog, at Paws For Louise all your needs are catered for. I will also provide ongoing support through training classes, group socialisation walks and further one to one sessions, if needed. Behaviour problems such as excessive barking or aggression are also catered for. Whether you have a nervous dog that needs reassurance and socialising or a boisterous, headstrong pooch that needs taming, at Paws For Louise you can guarantee, through reward based training methods, a happy, well behaved dog.

What does a One to One involve?

Basically, a one to one session involves a visit to your home, or alternatively you can visit me, where I observe your dog initially and discuss with you what you would like your dog to be able to do, or not do, and what we can achieve in the session. Then, we go through the training, I am one of a few reward based dog trainers in North Yorkshire, so all the training I do is fair and fun for dog and owner to achieve the fastest and long lasting results.

Once we have gone through all the training methods I then leave you with written back up to the basic commands taught during the session. Also, on request, I can provide full written back up to the session, for all that we have covered to reference back to, at an additional £10.00 fee which will be sent to you within five days.

One to ones vary in length depending on the problems covered and can last from one hour to three hours. I will advise you of the length of session and cost upon booking your one to one.

Cost starts from £28.00 a session and will vary depending on location (travelling costs are included in quoted price) and length of session.

All problems can be solved though some can take longer than others. Behavioural problems such as aggression will take longer but I have successfully rehabilitated many dogs with this particular problem.

At Paws For Louise, I will give the means and method for solving any training or behavioural problem so all that is required from the owner is to follow the method given and to keep up the training throughout the dog's life to achieve the best results. Training your dog is a life long commitment but worth it as you will have a well balanced, well trained, and happy dog.
