For obedience training, I offer both one-to-one sessions and group sessions. I am one of a few reward based dog trainer's in North Yorkshire. Reward based training is a faster and more reliable method of training which uses treats, toys and praise to motivate your dog. I work principally within the areas of Thornton-le-Dale, Pickering and Malton but I also cover Scarborough and the whole of Ryedale.
Weekend Walkies is a group socialisation walk held fortnightly on Saturdays in and around Thornton-le-Dale. It is a great opportunity for the dog and owner to meet other people and dogs and make new friends in an everyday environment with a trainer on hand to advise on any problems during the walk. It's great exercise too!
Obedience Training in Pickering
I have over 8 years experience in dog training and behaviour therapy. I have treated and cured nearly every behavioural problem known to man and dog. I am a calm and patient teacher never losing my temper with your dog or with you. Advice is available at all times. I do training to advanced standards and socialising as well.
I am fully insured and hold full public liability insurance. I also have professional indemnity insurance.
For my walking services, walks are for half an hour or for a full hour. Wee Stops are a ten to fifteen minute visit to break up your dog's day ideal for owners who work part time or for young puppies and older dogs. Other requirements available by request.
